She is involved in the design, construction, development, and acquisition of student housing to promote the best quality, service, and integrity for its residents. She enhances their lifestyle with LEED-certified buildings, concierge services, top-of-the-line amenities, state-of-the-art technology, and advanced security. With Commonwealth Campus Communities, she focuses on identifying the best opportunities in student housing for our valued investors. She is a graduate of the Advanced Management Development Program from Harvard University and has been awarded a Congressional Medal of Distinction from the Office of Senator Thomas Cole.

At the top of the real estate industry, Kevin has more than thirty-five years of experience in retail, mixed-use, multifamily, and hospitality throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. He has founded and successfully led Oxford Street Retail Advisors and Oxprop Ventures in the retail and hospitality sectors in Boston and London. He is currently a developer and partner in Lakeway Commons, mixed-use development of multifamily and retail, anchored by Whole Foods in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. His education includes a Master's Level Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management from Said Business School, the University of Oxford. He is a graduate from the Advanced Management Development Program from Harvard University in 2012.

About Us
Over 50 Years Combined Experience and Counting
Kevin and Meredith studied at The Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 2012, where they both attended the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate. They had the same vision of how real estate development should take place, so they strategically partnered to cofound Commonwealth Campus Communities to develop student housing, multifamily, and retail. They have developed commercial mid and high-rises. Our company is vertically integrated and provides a full range of real estate services from construction, development, leasing, and property management.
